Dancetime is a dancing school that prides itself on quality teaching practices and a supportive atmosphere. Dancetime offers classes in Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Classical Ballet. Dancetime offers classes to all children, boys and girls regardless of shape, size or age or ability. The emphasis of class is safe dance practice, great technique and having fun.
Dancetime teachers are trained educators who understand how children learn to dance. Our knowledge of the moving body, development of the child mind and the positive social impact of movement is fundamental to the philosophy of Dancetime. Our teachers are caring and committed to the development of all children in their classes.
Dancetime is a registered business and accepts both the Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers offered to parents from the NSW government. Located at the Bankstown YMCA, Dancetime has access to a large dance space that is appropriate for dance.
Dancetime operate on a school term basis building towards an annual performance concert at the end of the year. Dancetime support and participate in local performance events including the Royal Easter Show. Dancetime will always choreograph age, stage and style appropriate movement and choose appropriate music to accompany.
