Enrolment Condition - Classes

All information submitted above is correct and true. If there are amendments parents will notify Dancetime as soon as possible. Additional information that may be sensitive will be communicated verbally and/or through email to Dancetime. Special custody arrangements will be communicated to Dancetime

All communication will be conducted in two formats. Dancers will be given a hard copy of the communication via a newsletter and Stack Team App will be utilized to communicate relevant information. It is advised that Stack Team App be installed/ downloaded to your device, search for our Dancetime logo, and simply apply.

All dancers will be placed in appropriate ability classes. This decision will be made by the class teacher in consultation with Michelle Holden.

Dancers and parents are expected to treat the YMCA building with respect at all times. Parents and dancers are expected to follow any NSW government health orders. Dancetime is a COVID safe environment with a current COVID safe plan registered with Services NSW.

Enrolment Conditions - Dance Fees

Term fees are given out in week three of each term, return of the fees is via EFT or the envelop provided. The paper invoice is required to be returned for accounting purposes. There will be one invoice per term, except for term four which has a costume invoice separate to class fees. All fees need to be paid for by week 6.

There is no enrolment fee, dancers are required to purchase a Dancetime uniform and correct shoes appropriate to style of dance.

Enrolment Conditions - Publicity

Unless specifically noted on the above form, Dancetime will use images from class, public performances and the annual concert to advertise Dancetime classes, inform parents of progress and place on our website.

Enrolment Conditions - Concert

The end of year performance is an opportunity to demonstrate to parents and friends the learning taken place during the year. It is a celebration of the hard work, choreography and technique all interested parties have worked towards. Therefore, a commitment to the concert is expected. Term three invoice will include a costume deposit payment to make ordering costumes, material and accessories possible. Costume balances will be invoiced to parents in term four.
